Nomination from 17 to 25 October
The Election Commission has kept October 25 as the last day for filing nomination papers. On October 17, no one filed the pamphlets. According to the Election Department, November 22 is the fourth Saturday, which is a non-working day.

Candidates will not be able to make their nomination on this day. 23rd October is Sunday and 24th October is Diwali holiday. There is a solar eclipse on October 25 and is the last date for filing nomination papers. In such a situation, the candidates are stuck between the time limit and the auspicious time.
