Now CBI will investigate Sonali Phogat murder case: Goa CM said – will hand over the case file today, fair-transparent action till now

The investigation into the murder of Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat was finally handed over to the CBI. The Goa government decided to conduct a CBI inquiry into the matter. The case will be handed over to CBI today. Goa CM Pramod Sawant gave this information.

CM Pramod Sawant said that investigation is going on in the matter. There was a constant demand from the people that the matter should be investigated by the CBI. Apart from this, Sonali’s daughter Yashodhara was also continuously raising the demand for CBI investigation.

He said that we have full faith in our police. Police investigation is going in the right direction. Many clues were also received by the police, but keeping in mind the demand of the people and their daughter, this case is now being given to the CBI. The case will be handed over to CBI today and they will write a letter to the Home Minister.

Significantly, Sonali Phogat was found dead on the morning of 23 August at a resort in Goa. Sonali’s PA Sudhir Sangwan and Sukhwinder were with her at that time. Sudhir called Sonali’s brother at 8 am on Tuesday morning and informed about the death and after that the family members stopped answering the calls.

The family alleges that Sudhir and Sukhwinder have killed Sonali. Sudhir’s eyes were on Sonali’s property. He has killed Sonali to grab the property.

Sonali Phogat’s daughter Yashodhara had tweeted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar for the CBI investigation in the case. In which it was written that the case should be handed over to the CBI. Justice should be given to my mother. Please tell that Sonali Phogat’s family was not satisfied with the investigation of Goa Police. That’s why he was constantly demanding a CBI inquiry.
