The Nothing Phone 1 was launched in 2022 and already has a successor in the form of the Nothing Phone 2, but it is still relevant thanks to its quirky design aesthetic and lean software, and as the Indian festive season draws near—both Flipkart and Amazon are going to organize their respective sales.
However, both e-commerce websites are yet to reveal the official deals that customers can expect. But notably, as spotted by Mukul Sharma on X, the Nothing Phone 1 is already available at an effective price of Rs 23,999—days before Flipkart’s much-anticipated Big Billion Days sale.
Notably, this price is after applying a bank offer, wherein you can use an ICICI Bank credit card to get an instant Rs 3,000 off on the Rs 26,999 price the 128GB model of the Nothing Phone 1 is currently selling for.
Should You Buy the Nothing Phone 1 for Rs 23,999?
The Nothing Phone 1, as we mentioned earlier, was launched last year in 2022 and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset. For the display, it gets a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 2400×1080-pixel resolution at 402 ppi. There’s HDR10+ support along with a 60Hz-120Hz adaptive refresh rate. For optics, it has a dual-camera setup at the back with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 sensor, ƒ/1.88 aperture, OIS and EIS image stabilization, HDR, and Slo-Mo (120 fps), along with a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it has a 16 MP Sony IMX471 sensor with a ƒ/2.45 aperture and support for 1080p video recording at 30 fps.
So, if you want a good-looking phone with a relatively clean software experience, the Nothing Phone 1 at Rs 23,999 can be a good buy. However, if you are not in a hurry—we suggest waiting for Flipkart and Amazon to reveal their sale offers before you make a decision.
