The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has sent an alert to the Mumbai Police. In which there is news of a dangerous person coming to Mumbai. Mumbai Police sources have said that the NIA has sent an email, in which a person named Sarfaraz Memon is mentioned. The agency has termed Sarfaraz as dangerous for the country and has also asked the police to remain alert.

Sarfaraz is a resident of Madhya Pradesh
In the alert mail, NIA has also said that Sarfaraz is a resident of Madhya Pradesh. He has taken training in China and Hong Kong. The agency has also mailed Sarfaraz’s Aadhaar card, driving license, passport to the Mumbai Police. The Mumbai Police has also informed the Indore Police in this matter.

Received a threatening email a few days ago
In early February also, the NIA had received a mail from an unknown person, claiming to be a Taliban. Along with this, there was a threat of terrorist attack in Mumbai in the mail. The Mumbai Police was informed about the developments by the NIA, following which various cities in Maharashtra have been put on alert.
