The matter is of Central Academy School near the Housing Board of Dev Nagar police station of Jodhpur city. Here, constable Gopal Vishnoi and head constable Harendra were posted at the traffic point. At around 5 pm, the driver Gajendra Salecha (57) and his wife Santosh Devi were coming towards the school with the car. Santosh was not wearing a seat belt. The traffic police stopped his car, head constable Harendra went to talk to the driver.
As soon as Harendra interrupted for the seat belt and talked about the challan, Gajendra started the car. Due to the collision of the car, the constable standing in front of him jumped and came on the bonnet. Despite this, Gajendra did not stop the car. At the same time, Gopal kept hanging holding the bonnet.
The constable kept pointing to stop the car repeatedly, but the couple did not listen. About 700 meters ahead, a young man put a bike in front of the car, due to which Gajendra suddenly applied the brakes. Police arrested both. He was produced in the court on Monday, from where he was sent to jail for 15 days.
The constable told that the driver tried to stop Gajendra repeatedly, but he did not agree.

The accused Gajendra Salecha lives on Power House Road in Shastri Nagar. Stationery and printing work. The constable told that when Gajendra was asked to stop the car, he threatened not to leave and kept running the car. Police registered cases against the couple under other sections including obstruction of state work, threatening a government official-employee, causing hurt and attempt to murder.
Gajendra was not ready to get off the car
Devnagar Police Officer Jai Kishan also reached the spot, but still Gajendra was not ready to get down from the car. When a crowd gathered on the spot, the couple got down. Both were taken to the police station. After checking the CCTV, the whole incident came to light. He told that even after being brought to the police station, both had no regrets. When the wife asked Santosh that you did not try to stop or convince your husband? On this, Santosh Devi said that every day challans keep deducting, what should we do. At the same time, Gajendra kept threatening that today I will accept you only after slamming you.
