New SSC case will not go to the bench of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay, why is that?

He lit the light of hope in the minds of job seekers in Raidan one after another. Talk about him from house to house. This time all the cases of upper primary are being removed from the court of that judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay. From now on, Justice Rajshekhar Mantha will hear the SSC case.

However, he will hear the cases that Abhijit Gangopadhyay has already heard. However, he directed CBI probe into multiple cases. In that case, if the plaintiffs have no objection in those cases, then Justice Gangopadhyay will hear it.

From now on, he will hear cases related to primary education and madrasa services. However, according to some lawyers, if the plaintiffs do not object, he will be able to hear the previous cases. However, he will not be able to take part in the case again.

But Why Justice Gangopadhyay will not hear those cases? According to sources, the roster of judges changes every year. This is done according to the normal rules. That is what is happening again. Accordingly, these cases are being removed from the bench of Abhijit Gangopadhyay. Meanwhile The Chief Justice decides what will be the master of the roster. Work is being done according to that roster.
