A shopkeeper misbehaved with a YouTuber from the Netherlands in the Chickpet area market of Karnataka’s capital, Bengaluru. Youtuber was recording videos in the market to make vlogs. During this, a shopkeeper forcefully held his hand. When the YouTuber tried to free his hand, the accused shopkeeper also pushed him.

According to Karnataka Police sources, the incident took place two months back. But, YouTuber uploaded the video of the incident on Sunday. He wrote in the caption of the video that I was attacked in Chor Market of India. In the video, the YouTuber was seen pleading with the shopkeeper to release him. However, they later escaped from there.

When Indian users saw this video, they informed the Bangalore Police through Twitter. After this, the police identified the person seen in the video and arrested him.

In reply to a video, the Bengaluru Police tweeted that while taking action in this matter, the accused has been arrested. Strict action will be taken against him. Such misbehavior with foreign tourists will not be tolerated.

Bengaluru’s West Division DCP Laxman B Nimbargi said that a case has been registered against the accused under section 92 of the Karnataka Police Act. According to the police, the accused is an auto driver and sells second hand shirts and pants in the market.
