Nantucket – A property on Nantucket has set a record for the highest listing on the island: $56 million.
The 10-bedroom home on Nantucket Harbor is known as “Beam Ends.” It is a four-acre waterfront compound with three buildings in Monomoy.
agents Marybeth Gilmartin and Shelley Traitor Lynch of Compass, handling the sale, say the property has 15,000 square feet of living space. It has seven full and four semi baths.
If the home sells for close to the asking price, it would break the record for the most expensive sale on Nantucket. It was established in April when John Henry bought the property for $37 million.
