PMLA or Prevention of Money Laundering act will have a major decision today by Supreme act. This is the same act through which Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are enquired by ED and West Bengal’s education minister Partha Chatterjee is being detained. The appeal was done on the accusations that the government is using the money laundering act for wrong purposes.
