In Maharashtra, both closeness and distance between BJP and NCP were seen in the past. Where Ajit Pawar faction joined hands with BJP. On the other hand, the Sharad Pawar group opened a front against the opponents.

Amidst all this, PM Modi, Sharad and Ajit Pawar all three are going to be seen on the stage together. The PM will be honored with the Lokmanya Tilak National Award in Pune on August 1.

In this event, the organizers have sent invitations to Sharad Pawar as the chief guest, while his nephew and current deputy CM Ajit Pawar is included in the guest list.

Program on the 103rd death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak
This program is being organized by Tilak Smarak Mandir Trust (Hind Swaraj Sangh). Trust President Deepak Tilak said, we will honor Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the Lokmanya Tilak National Award on August 1, the 103rd death anniversary of Lokmanya Tilak.

Tilak further said, PM Modi is being awarded this award for his good leadership and for inculcating a sense of patriotism among the citizens. Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis are also on the guest list.

Ajit joined the Shiv Sena-BJP government on July 2.
This program of PM is also important because everyone was surprised by the political changes that took place in Maharashtra in the beginning of July. Ajit Pawar and eight NCP MLAs joined the Shiv Sena-BJP government on 2 July.

Ajit Pawar immediately took oath as Deputy CM. Ajit started being called a traitor. Supporters of Sharad Pawar faction tore his posters. Despite this, Ajit staked his claim on NCP.

On the other hand, after Ajit Pawar’s rebellion on July 2, Sharad Pawar had said, ‘I had formed this party. I have full faith in the party workers. I will unite the workers by roaming around Maharashtra. After that, I will create public opinion among the people.

It will be my job to reorganize and I will do it together with the workers. What will be the role of the party going forward, I will tell after talking to the leaders of the party. It is more important whether you have the support of the people or not. I am sure that if we go to the people, they will come with us.

Sharad went on a state tour, said- I am neither tired nor retired
Sharad Pawar has gone on a tour of Maharashtra after the split in the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). On July 8, he held a public meeting at Yeola in Nashik. During this, Pawar said- I made a mistake by trusting some people, I will not repeat that mistake now.

Sharad had said, he is neither tired nor retired. Do you know at what age Morarji Desai became the Prime Minister? I don’t want to become prime minister or minister, just want to serve people.

Sharad had given this statement on Ajit Pawar’s comment in which he had said that Saheb has reached his age, now he should bless us by taking retirement. Pawar had then said, ‘I will make the party stand again. I will once again visit the whole of Maharashtra.
