This story looks like a movie. A father came from Kasganj in Uttar Pradesh to Ujjain, the city of Mahakal, to ask for a vow to meet his son who had been missing for five months. On Wednesday, he applied in Baba’s court, after about an hour his son was found in an ashram in the city itself.
This is the story of Shri Krishna Kumar, who lives in Ramsinghpura Soro of Kasganj district. He told that five months ago, his 17-year-old son Pankaj, who was mentally weak, was sleeping on the terrace. When he woke up in the morning, he could not be seen. Searched first in the village, then in the surrounding districts. The relatives living in Aligarh, Bareilly and Delhi were also questioned. The son was nowhere to be found.
Pankaj’s face lit up seeing his father. Father became emotional after hugging his son.
This is how father reached the door of Mahakal
Shri Krishna Kumar’s friend Pawan Samadhiya was coming from Uttar Pradesh to visit the Mahakal temple. He was told by Shri Krishna Kumar that his family had sought the blessing of Baba Mahakal’s darshan on the meeting of his son. Samadhiya thought why not take Shri Krishna along with him. With darshan, he will wish for his son Pankaj to Lord Mahakal.
Pankaj returned home with his father after taking blessings from Sudhir Bhai Goel, the founder of Sevadham Ashram.
How did the ashram come to know?
Samadhiya told that they keep coming and going to Ujjain. He was told by someone that the destitute are given shelter in the Sevadham Ashram located in Ankit village. After reaching here, we first saw Baba Mahakal and then thought why not go to the ashram once and find out about the son.
We reached the ashram, 14 km from the city, and met the founder, Sudhir Bhai Goyal. On seeing the photo of the son, Sudhir Bhai said that the lost son of Shri Krishna has been living in this ashram for the last three months. Seeing the son in front of him, tears of joy welled up in the eyes of the father. The father could only say that Lord Mahakal had called Ujjain only to bless him.

How did Pankaj reach the ashram?
On July 29, Pankaj was lying in a pathetic condition on the Chal Road of Diamond Mills in Ujjain. Seeing him, Child-line informed the Dewas Gate police. The child was presented in the Child Welfare Committee. From here Shri Ramakrishna was sent to the children’s home. After a lot of effort, he told his name as Pankaj resident of Uttar Pradesh.
On asking the means of coming here, he was able to tell only that he had boarded the train and then fell down. He does not know how he reached Ujjain. Yes, he came to Ujjain and got Mahakal written on his hand.
