Another minor was murdered in Jharkhand’s Dumka on Saturday. The accused was raping the girl for a long time. When she became pregnant, she was strangled to death. The murder was a suicide, so the body was hung from a tree. The girl is tribal. The accused is Armaan Ansari. The BJP has surrounded the state government in the rape and murder case of the girl.
Earlier in Dumka itself, on August 23, Shahrukh Hussain, a class 12 student, was burnt to death by sprinkling petrol on her.
The case is of Shriamda village of University OP area of the district. After the postmortem, it was found that the girl was murdered. The police has arrested the accused Armaan in this case. He is a mason by profession. He is under interrogation. He will be produced in the court tomorrow. Being a case of two communities, the police is not revealing much in this matter.

The post-mortem also revealed that the minor was pregnant. He is 14 years old. She used to work. Armaan targeted her during the work itself. He continued to exploit her. When she became pregnant, she was murdered.

girl used to come to Dumka for work
The girl’s body was found in an urban area far away from her home. Police found the girl’s body hanging from a tree. After this the police started investigation. The police came to know that she was a resident of Raneshwar police station area of Dumka district which is 50 KM away from the place where the body was found. When the family was called, it came to know that the teenager used to work as a laborer. She used to come from the village to the city of Dumka. Sometimes she would also stay at her aunt’s house in Jama police station.
Dumka DIG Sudarshan Prasad Mandal said that sections 376, 302 of IPC and sections of POCSO Act have been imposed on the accused. He is being interrogated, but it is not yet clear why he committed the murder.
BJP leaders demand action
After getting information about the incident, BJP leader and former minister Lewis Marandi University reached OP police station and talked to the police officials. He said that such incidents are happening continuously with the daughters of Dumka. There should be a thorough investigation into this matter and necessary action should be taken against the culprits.
