Cases have been registered in fraud

A case has been registered against Mankirat Aulakh and his father Nishan Singh Numberdar in Fatehabad in the year 2017. Model Town resident Omprakash alleged that 8 people including Nishan Singh, his son Mankirat Aulakh fraudulently grabbed 171 kanal 18 marla of land. A similar case was registered in Sirsa also.

M/s Azad Kumar and Ashish Kumar, traders of Fatehabad’s grain market, also had a dispute with Mankirat Aulakh and his family. The court had given orders to attach the land, whose posters were put outside Mankirat Aulakh’s house.

The firm had filed a petition in the court that Nishan Singh Aulakh and his brother Sultan Singh used to sell crops through them. It is alleged that both the above people took Rs 5 lakh 40 thousand as advance from them in lieu of the upcoming crop in the year 2002, but on the arrival of the crop, the said people did not pay them and they sold the crop to the firm. The firm operator had registered a case against both of them.

The caterers had reached the SP court

The caterers of Punjab had come to meet Fatehabad SP on 6 April 2017 against Mankirat and his family in a dispute related to sister’s marriage. Catering owner Taranjit Singh had alleged that in December 2016, singer Mankirat Aulakh had booked his sister’s wedding catering at a marriage palace in Fatehabad. Booking was done on the basis of Rs 1300 plate. Mankirat had given him Rs 4 lakh in advance. Booked catering according to 700 people, but 1096 plates were used in the wedding. When he asked for payment of Rs 10 lakh 24 thousand 800, he turned it down.
