Out of nine seats in Mandi district, Congress has been able to win only one Dharampur seat and this is the first term of those who have become MLAs from there.

Chandrashekhar, who came to Congress from comrades’ student politics and won on the party’s ticket for the first time, has been continuously losing elections to Mahendra Singh before this. This time Mahendra Singh did not contest the election keeping in view the pending cases in the court of corruption and got the ticket to his son. But succeeded in defeating Chandrasekhar to defeat the son.

Fate of MLAs of Kangra, Hamirpur, Una will open

This time the real wave of change was seen only in Kangra, Hamirpur and Una districts. The 19 seats of the Congress in all the three districts have ruined the entire arithmetic of the BJP. After getting out of Mandi in the results that came after the election riots, now the luck is going to open for the ministerial post from Solan, which won the maximum number of seats along with the MLAs of all the three districts. The way Kangra, Hamirpur Una and Solan have played their role in overwhelming majority, on the same lines now the MLAs of all the three districts will also get preference in the cabinet.

If the party does not get the fear, there may be rebellion

After getting 19 out of 40 seats from the lower districts of Kangra, Hamirpur Una, there is a fear within the party. This fear is of rebellion. The party high command also fears that if the three districts are not given priority, then they may have to face the rebellion of the MLAs of these districts. In any case, history is the witness that in these districts, rebellious voices have been vocal in the past also due to neglect.
