According to the police, the man has been identified as Krishna Sherwal, who is currently hospitalized with serious injuries. He was nabbed after his pistol was snatched, police said. A case has been registered against him under IPC sections 307, 394, 397, 186 and 353. During enquiry, it was revealed that Sherwal and his wife were living separately. Because of this, he is in depression for a long time.
