A two-and-a-half-year-old girl, who fell into a borewell at Kajari Barkheda village in Madhya Pradesh’s Vidisha district earlier today has been rescued by the local administration. The girl, whose name is Asmita was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital after being rescued.

Earlier, while speaking to the media, Sameer Yadav Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), Vidisha said, “SDRF has reached the spot. Efforts are underway to rescue the girl.”
