LAC standoff: 14th India-China commander-level talks to be held on Jan 12

The 14th round of India-China military corps commanders-level talks will be held on Jan 12 at Chushul-Moldo.

The Indian side is looking forward to constructive dialogue to resolve the areas where friction continues.

India has been insisting to address de-escalation of the entire eastern Ladakh which includes places like Depsang and Demchok where a massive military build up continues, but not friction areas in the tensions that started in May 2020 and China has shown reluctance to include these in the dialogue.
