We wonder how these tombs of time were opened? And how did these moments come alive from the graves? Is this the day or night of doomsday? We can also call such incidents as memories. Then I think that if the memories were alive, we would have chatted with them sitting close to them. Laughing and joking! But where is this possible?
Well, in the era in which we are talking about book literature, there is very little time left to read books. People reading books have become less. If we talk about anything other than text books, then the truth is that now all the studies are done on Facebook and WhatsApp only. Since they study here, their correspondence is also done entirely on Facebook and WhatsApp. Now we are not readers or writers, but are more fond of being called Facebookies or WhatsApp. The world is like this, what to do if someone does it?
Many well-known writers and litterateurs advise today’s young generation to read and write. It is said that apart from Facebook and WhatsApp, peep into some books. Tackle some stories. If nothing else, read those old inland letters written by grandparents. If you don’t find anything, then just read the account of milk written in the old, bound and torn copies or in the blank corner of the calendar. But do read something everyday!
… If nothing else, listen to some stories, some tales from your grandmothers! But do listen. Listening is important because it instills patience within us. The scope of our thinking increases. It gets a new dimension.
