Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will lead a rally at Ramlila Maidan on Sunday in opposition to what the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is calling the “dictatorial ordinance” on the issue of services that was promulgated by the Centre last month. Kejriwal will be returning to the location where his party was established.
