A Maulana has been arrested for molesting a 7-year-old girl from Ganesh Nagar in Naigaon East of Palghar district. After the complaint of the girl, the local people took off Maulana’s clothes and made her walk for several kilometers, during which she has also been beaten up. The accused was handed over to the police after being badly beaten up. A case was registered against him under various sections of IPC and POCSO Act.
The accused Maulana has been identified as Noorul Hasan. The incident happened on Sunday evening and its video has surfaced today. It is alleged that when the victim was going home, the accused sexually assaulted her.
In the same way, the mob took Maulana to a distance of several kilometers while beating him.
