In Haryana, the Jannayak Janata Party (JJP), which is showing a sharp attitude against the BJP, has come on the backfoot. The JJP leader was upset over the lack of photo in the poster in the Adampur by-election in Hisar. A 2-day parliamentary board meeting was held in Delhi regarding this. However, the JJP could not take any decision against the BJP. Now the JJP leaders have kept silence on the whole controversy.

At the same time, CM Manohar Lal Khattar also had to give clarification on this. He said that the posters were put up by local leaders. When the party will set up, it will also have a photo of the JJP leaders along with the BJP.

JJP general secretary Digvijay Chautala gave this statement when the photo was not available.

Why JJP is on the backfoot, understand these 4 reasons

1. BJP quota seats: Adampur assembly seat is the seat of BJP’s quota. JJP knows that it is not going to get much political mileage here anyway. Therefore, even after the rift in the alliance, the JJP leaders decided to support BJP’s candidate Bhavya in Adampur.

2. There is no time left for rumination: The JJP leaders also know that there is no time for rumination in the Adampur election. Enrollment has started in Adampur. In such a situation, instead of persuading them, BJP leaders will focus on campaigning. In such a situation, if preference is not given, then it will be gritty.

The BJP has lost two by-elections in Haryana when Manohar Lal Khattar was the CM. Now Bhavya Bishnoi is expected to win from Adampur. If it breaks, then all the reasons responsible for it are sure to become the reason for the displeasure of the BJP.

3. Adampur Stronghold of Kuldeep Bishnoi : Adampur is the stronghold of Kuldeep Bishnoi. Here his father, former CM Bhajan Lal’s family members, have been winning the assembly elections. His family members have been MLAs continuously since Haryana became a separate state in 1966. JJP knows that if the BJP wins the election, then there will be a tussle in the government.

4. Farmers’ displeasure with BJP: The farmers’ displeasure with the BJP over the agitation against the central agricultural laws remains. Because of this, the BJP also lost the Ellenabad by-election. In such a situation, if the seat of the BJP in Adampur is also in danger, then the JJP can also come under attack. JJP leaders are better off keeping quiet.
