After this, the miscreants loaded the goods of the villagers in vehicles and left them in the nearby forest. The villagers have also alleged that they were also beaten up. He was also denied contact with the police in this regard. The gangsters threatened to kill him if he went to the police.

On receiving the information, SDO Medininagar, Rajesh Kumar Sah and SDPO Vishrampur Surjit Kumar reached Tongri hill area of ​​Pandu police station area. He said that a criminal case has been registered against 12 people and 150 unidentified persons in connection with the incident.

Palamu Deputy Commissioner A Dode said that the police have been directed to take immediate action regarding the incident. He said that the culprits would be caught soon. DC also informed that all 50 families have been assured of resettlement in the same village on priority basis.

After the assurance of the Deputy Commissioner, the SDPO said that arrangements are being made to settle the victims at the same place. He also informed that the Block Development Officer has made arrangements for clothes and food for the victims. SDPO further informed that FIR has been registered against the accused and massive raids are being conducted to nab them.
