A heart-wrenching incident is coming to the fore from Jharkhand’s Gumla district where a child lost his life while sacrificing a goat. It is being told that the goat was being sacrificed on the occasion of Navami of Durga Puja, but at the same time a three-year-old child was hit by the fire of the cutting weapon. After this the child was seriously injured. The child was being rushed to the hospital but he died on the way. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the family after this traumatic incident. Parents are in bad condition.
The incident happened during the sacrifice of the third goat
Like every year, this year also the tradition of sacrificing a goat in the goat pavilion in the Durga Puja mandap of the village was being followed by the people. Two goats were sacrificed. For the sacrifice of the third goat, he was hitting the goat’s neck with sand, when the sand broke and the three-year-old son of Deepak Oraon, standing nearby, hit him, due to which he died in a short time.
