Jharkhand: Finance Minister presented a budget of 1 lakh 1 thousand 101 crores, many announcements for farmers and teachers

Jharkhand Finance Minister Rameshwar Oraon presented the third budget of the state government on Thursday. In Jharkhand, for the new financial year 2022-23 starting from April 1, the Finance Minister presented a budget of 1 lakh 1 thousand 101 crores. Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said that three dates are auspicious for the government. He has come to the assembly by offering prayers for the betterment of the state. In the last financial year, a budget of Rs 91,277 crore was presented. This time there is more budget of 9824 crores than last year.

Focus on education, health and agriculture
Special attention has been paid in the budget to promote education, health and agriculture. A corpus fund of Rs 25 crore has been created for the farmers in the state. Along with this, a scheme will be brought by the government to save the farmers from crop damage. Provisions have been made in the budget to give impetus to infrastructure and rural development in the state. With this, the third supplementary budget of Rs 2698.14 crore for 2021-22 was passed.

300 beds district hospital to be upgraded
According to the budget, 300 bedded hospitals will be upgraded in the district hospitals of the state. Along with this, many sub-divisional hospitals will also be upgraded to district hospitals. This time the health budget has been increased by 27 percent. The situation will be further improved at RIMS in Ranchi, MGM in Jamshedpur and PMCH in Dhanbad. There is also a provision for air ambulance in the budget.

Emphasis will be on quality education
Diagnostic education has been started for quality education and there is a provision of 40 crores. Zero drop out will be made to prevent drop out of 1000 panchayats. At the same time, 1828 panchayats have been declared zero dropouts. There will be an increase of 40 percent in the honorarium of trained para teachers and 50 percent in the honorarium of TET pass teachers. Along with this, Para Teachers will be known as Assistant Professors. With the increase in honorarium, 42 thousand teachers will be given tabs. Reading room will be made in Ranchi to prepare for medical engineering. Credit card scheme will be launched to help the students of higher education. Along with this, a district library will also be established. Science labs and smart classes will be developed in schools by starting Gyanodaya Yojana. 11607. 67 lakh rupees will be spent in this budget on school education. At the same time, warm clothes will be available to 15 lakh children in Anganwadi centers.

349.39 crore art, Culture, for tourism
Sidho-Kanhu club will be established for the youth in the villages of the state. State level cultural center will also be established. 349.39 crore will be spent by the state government on tourism and art culture. The state government will also promote eco-tourism. After Bokaro and Deoghar, now a new airport will be built in Sahebganj.

Godhan Vikas Yojana launched
Godhan Vikas Yojana will start in the state. Through this, 40 thousand farmers of the state will be encouraged for self-employment. The government will buy cow dung from farmers to promote biogas.

for water resources 1894 Ten million
A provision of 1894.48 crore has been made in the budget for the development of water resources. In this, a target has been set to generate about 12 crore man-days from MNREGA.

5 lakh new beneficiaries will be added to food security
5 lakh more new beneficiaries will be added to food security. The government will prepare the unemployed graduates for employment. 590.70 lakh is proposed in labor planning. Apart from this, a proposal of Rs 175 crore is being made for construction of boundary wall of Sargana, Hargarhi, Masna and solar energy. The state government will also promote eco-tourism.

Government will give one kilo of pulses for one rupee
Pulses distribution scheme will be started in the state. One kg pulses will be provided to the beneficiaries of National Food Security Act and Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme at the rate of Re 1 per kg. The number of beneficiaries under the Food Security Scheme in Jharkhand is 15 lakh. They are provided five kilograms of ration at the rate of Re. Their number will be increased by five lakhs.

emphasis on civic amenities
To get relief from the jam, the proposal of flyover and inner ring road has been introduced in the budget at many places. A residential colony will be developed in Deoghar with the capital Ranchi. Urban Development will spend an amount of Rs 3055 crore on this. Modern city bus service will start in Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Dhanbad. One hundred villages will be selected on the recommendation of the MLAs. These will be developed under the Agri Smart Village scheme.

State Civil Aviation Policy 2022 will be formed and airport will also be constructed at Sahibganj.

for journalists
There is a proposal for social security of journalists in the budget. Jharkhand State Journalist Health Insurance Scheme will be implemented on 2021. Soon press club will be set up in Deoghar and Dhanbad.

digitization of police records
Facility to exchange data between online FIR, Court, Jail, Prosecution, Forensic Science Laboratory, Investigation Bureau in 514 police stations of the state. 5000 CCTV cameras will be installed to prevent human rights cases.
