Jharkhand Bypoll: Congress accuses Nadda of violating model code of conduct, complaint filed

The preparations of all the parties in the state have intensified for the Jharkhand Assembly by-elections. Bharatiya Janata Party President JP Nadda is also making a big splash. But in the meantime, the Congress has filed a complaint against Nadda with the Election Commission, alleging that BJP President JP Nadda violated the model code of conduct by campaigning for his party’s Mandar bypoll candidate at a tribal rally, which was called It was supposed to be a non-election program.

Know what is the charge of Congress?
Congress spokesperson Rajiv Rajan told reporters after filing his nomination that the BJP had organized a tribal rally when the nomination process was going on for the bypolls. The appeal made by the BJP national president in favor of his party’s candidate is a violation of the model code of conduct.

Nadda targets Soren government
While addressing the Dharti Aba Birsa Munda Vishwas rally at Morabadi ground in Ranchi on Sunday, Nadda had fiercely targeted the Soren government. During the rally, he had called upon the people to oust the Soren government and he had said that how will you trust a government which has become synonymous with corruption.
