Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Unveil $60 Million Los Angeles Mansion. Details Inside

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have opened the doors to their lavish $60 million Los Angeles mansion, allowing fans a peek inside. The Hollywood power couple purchased this sprawling estate earlier this year and moved in this summer. According to media reports, the opulent 46,000-square-foot ‘Wallingford estate,’ as it is known, has an impressive 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

Their real estate venture made headlines because they were able to secure the property for about $15 million less than the initial asking price of $75 million, completing the purchase in just one week.

The mansion was originally listed in 2018 for a staggering $135 million, but it underwent extensive renovations and expansion before catching the attention of the celebrity couple.

The mansion includes a 12-car garage, parking for up to 80 vehicles, and a one-of-a-kind indoor sports complex. A fully equipped gym, basketball courts, pickleball courts, and even a boxing ring are all part of this sports paradise. There is also a sports lounge and a bar to accommodate their active lifestyle.

In addition to the fitness centre, the estate has a hair and nail salon, a home theatre, a wine cellar, a whisky lounge and sauna and massage rooms for total relaxation. The zero-edge pool at the back of the main house creates a tranquil oasis with stunning views of the surroundings.

The property ensures privacy and security with two private, gated entrances. Brett Lawyer, who has worked with other celebrities such as Katy Perry and Madonna, handled their real estate transaction.

The process of settling into their new mansion included a large influx of furniture and decor. Several vehicles were parked outside the entrance while rugs, flowers, and other furnishings were carefully unloaded and laid out on tarps. A large white moving truck was also present to help with the process.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck scouted several properties over the course of a year before making their final choice. They previously defaulted on three different properties, including a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a gym, media room, game room, and a large backyard with a pool and firepit area.

They also found a $34.5 million home in the Pacific Palisades with seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a six-car garage, a detached guest house, and a variety of amenities ranging from a wine cellar to a home gym and health spa.

Jennifer’s search for the perfect home comes after she listed her Bel Air home for an impressive $42 million, a significant profit over her $28 million purchase price in 2016. According to reports, this Bel Air home is currently in escrow, with a potential buyer offering $39 million.

While the couple searched for their dream home, they temporarily stayed in Australian billionaire James Packer’s $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.
