New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Jawan’ has begun creating box office records with its release. The Atlee directorial has already surpassed Pathaan’s record and become the biggest Hindi film opener of all time, in India and abroad. Collecting Rs. 129.6 cr and Rs. 75 cr in India. Now, on Day 2, ‘Jawan’ has collected Rs. 22.45 nett at national chains. The figure will get higher as the complete collection comes in.

As per a trade analysis site, Tamil Censor, ‘Jawan’ has collected Rs. 107 crores on Day 2, and that takes the total collection to Rs. 236 cr.
Taran Adarsh also shared the box office figures of ‘Jawan’ from the USA. The film collected Rs. 10.57 crores on Day 1 in the USA and Canada markets.
As per the critic, several midnight shows have started owing to the festival like fervour the Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi film has generated.
He tweeted, “#Jawan midnight shows [11.55 pm] at several centres from today… And the response is 🔥🔥🔥.”
The pan-India thriller, which released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, also features Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, and Aaliyah Qureshi, who are part of the group of women supporting SRK’s hero.
Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt make impressive and impressionable cameos.
Described by the makers as a high-octane thriller, ‘Jawan’ outlines the story of a man set out to correct the wrongs of society.
