The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has issued a notice to Mumbai Police Commissioner and has directed him to file an FIR against the former environment minister of the state i.e. Aaditya Thackeray. As per the orders, it claims Aditya for using minors in the ‘Save Aarey’ protests.
The commission has directed the Mumbai Police Commissioner to take necessary action against the same within three days and submit a report over the same.
