Tamil Nadu BJP President K Annamalai on Friday released the ‘DMK File’ and alleged that the top ministers of the party including Chief Minister MK Stalin’s family members have unaccounted assets. Annamalai said that he will not only oppose Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) scams but scams by all parties. He said that this is a fight against corruption and not just a fight against a party.
“Not only DMK scams, but we will oppose scams by all parties. I will open up everything to the Tamil Nadu people. Let’s see who the Tamil Nadu people are going to vote for. This is a fight against corruption and not just our fight against one party. I will not stop here”, he was quoted by ANI.

During his address, Annamalai said, “My land, my people. We are starting a Yatra to expose all these DMK scams to people. Each BJP cadre would go to this Yatra. This Yatra will begin in the first week of June. You all should participate in this Yatra”.
According to PTI, Annamalia had months ago said he would release on April 14, the Tamil New Year Day, documents on “corruption” related to DMK Ministers and exposing the alleged scams of the present DMK regime as well as the previous regime (2006-2011).
His Twitter handle said: “DMK Files April 14th, 2023 – 10:15 am and included a 10-second video which featured the photographs of late DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi, Chief Minister M K Stalin and his extended family members, including former Union Minister Dayanidhi Maran.
Earlier this month, he spoke to the media, claiming that the list would be “shocking”, according to an IANS report.
