IRSTMU leaders meet member infrastructure over risk and hardship allowance for S&T employees – Rail Hunt

NEW DELHI : Indian Railway S&T Maintainers Union (IRSTMU) General Secretary Alok Chandra Prakash and National President Naveen Kumar met the newly appointed Member (Infrastructure) Railway Board, Roop N. Sunkar on January 31 and discussed the problems and issues of the employees. Shri Sunkar assured to solve the major issues of S&T department expeditiously. Naveen Kumar has raised the issue of technician’s entry qualification and requested to do B.Sc./Diploma. Alok Chandra Prakash has requested to fill the vacancies at the earliest to implement yard stick to avoid violation of HOER 2005.

Shri Sunkar has promised to resolve all the issues of S&T department at the earliest including risk and hardship allowance to S&T employees. Both the leaders also met Sandeep Mathur, Secretary L/A, Railway Board and requested him to resolve various issues of S&T employees. Both the leaders welcomed Sandeep Mathur, Secretary (L/A) on behalf of the S&T employees.

During their visit to Railway Board, both the leaders met Director (Tele), Dharmendra and separately discussed several issues of telecom staff including 15% physical requirement for TCM Gr.1.
