Continuing the robust primary market trends, the IPO activities will continue in the week starting March 4 as eight initial public offerings worth over Rs 1,480 crore are set to be opened for public subscription, and seven companies are scheduled for listing on the bourses.
RK Swamy IPO
The initial public offering of RK Swamy, the data-driven integrated marketing services provider, has been opened for public subscription on March 4. The price band of the Rs 423.56-crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 270-288 apiece.
The allotment of the RK Swamy IPO will take place on March 12, while its listing will take place on both NSE and BSE on March 12, 2024.
JG Chemicals IPO
The initial public offering of JG Chemicals, a zinc oxide manufacturer, has been opened for public subscription on March 5. The price band of the Rs 251.19-crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 210-221 apiece. The IPO will be closed on March 7.
The allotment of the JG Chemicals IPO will take place on March 5, while its listing will take place on both NSE and BSE on March 7, 2024.
Gopal Snacks IPO
The initial public offering of Gopal Snacks, which deals in ethnic and western snacks, and other products in India and internationally, has been opened for public subscription on March 6. The price band of the Rs 650-crore IPO has been fixed at Rs 381-401 apiece. The IPO will be closed on March 11.
