The country’s leading telecom company Reliance Jio has today launched 5G service at Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara in Rajsamand district. The company’s chairman Akash Ambani reached Nathdwara at around 11 am with his wife, worshiped Shrinathji. After this, in the launching program organized in Moti Mahal, started the service by pressing the button of the tablet.

On this occasion, Akash Ambani wished everyone a Happy Diwali and said that high-speed internet will reach every nook and corner of the country soon. It has started from here today. Along with Nathdwara, Jio 5G service has also been launched in Chennai from today.

Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani, who arrived in Nathdwara on Saturday, started 5-G internet service from Shrinathji temple. During this, his wife Shloka and Tilakayat son Vishal Bawa were present on the stage.

Let us tell you that on October 5, Jio started 5G services in the country from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Varanasi. This was Akash Ambani’s first major launch event after becoming Jio Chairman.

Earlier, the Ambani couple took the blessings of Vishal Bawa, son of Tilakayat, by visiting the Raj Bhog tableau in Shrinathji temple. Shrinathji is the family deity of the Ambani family.

The launching program was held in the Moti Mahal complex of Shrinathji temple. The program lasted from 10.30 am to 12 noon. After this the Ambani family reached Dabok Airport in Udaipur from Nathdwara and left for Mumbai at around quarter to one.

According to the information received from the sources, about 20 towers have been installed, including Moti Mahal and Gaushala, to start 5G in Nathdwara, from where high speed internet service will reach the common man. Even in 2015, before starting the 4G service of Jio company, Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani had visited here.

After the darshan, according to the temple tradition, Vishal Bawa, the son of Tilakayat of Shrinathji temple, welcomed him by wearing a parana.  Paan-beeda Prasad was presented.  Ambani had informal talks with Bawa about the launch of 5G internet service.

Jio Chairman Akash Ambani left the Mumbai airport at 8 am on Saturday. Arrived at Udaipur airport at 9 am. Leave Udaipur for Nathdwara by road at 9:15. After staying at Nathdwara for two and a half hours, Akash Ambani left for Udaipur from Nathdwara at 12:30. From Shrinathji temple, a convoy of cars of Shloka, Reliance Jio executives and security officials left for Dabok airport. They reached Dabok around 12.50, from where they left for Mumbai.

A transmitter has been installed for 5G service in the temple premises.  Its range will be about one km.  At present, there are 26 towers of Jio in Nathdwara city.  5G facility is likely to start for consumers by December.
