Zafarul-Islam Khan is the former chairman of the Delhi Minorities Commission and founder-editor of Milli Gazetteer, a leading news source for Indian Muslims.

Mirza told that during my visit to India, I used to get many special facilities from the Foreign Ministry of Pakistan. Generally, visa applicants to India were allowed to travel to three places. I got visas to visit seven cities with the help of Khurshid Kasuri, who was foreign minister from November 2002 to November 2007. When the Congress was in India, he had come to India to attend a seminar on terrorism. All the editors of Urdu newspapers in India are his friends.

Nusrat reveals that ISI has a separate wing on Indian leaders. He knows his weakness, but due to lack of experience, he is unable to use it in his own interest.
