IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023: Registrations Begin For 89 Non-Teaching Posts – News18

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad has invited online applications for a number of non-teaching positions. Candidates can go to the official website of IIT, Hyderabad at iith.ac.in and submit their applications. It should be further noted by the candidates that the last date for the submission of the application form is November 12. The IIT Hyderabad recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 89 vacancies in Group A, Group B, and Group C Non-teaching posts.

IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 

For Public Relations Officer: Candidates must possess a first-class post-graduate degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Management or equivalent. He/she should have a minimum of five years’ experience in the fields of Public Relations/ Administration activities of an organisation including conducting meetings, issuing press releases, and handling hospitality needs.

For Technical Superintendent (Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering): Candidates should have First Class BTech/BE in Metallurgical Engineering/ Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation/ Material Science/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR MSc in Physics/ Chemistry, and at least three years of relevant experience. Moreover, candidates must have experience in the Operation and maintenance of materials processing/ testing/ characterisation.

For Physiotherapist (Male): Applicants applying for this post must have a first-class bachelor’s degree in physical therapy with at least 5 years of relevant experience OR a first-class master’s degree in physical therapy with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

For Library Information Assistant: First Class master’s degree in library science/information science/ Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree is required to be eligible for the post.

For Junior Technical Superintendent (Artificial Intelligence): Candidates must possess BE/BTech in CSE/EE/ECE/IT with CGPA >=8 to be eligible for the post.

Age limit: It is important to note that the maximum age limit for candidates applying for non-teaching positions is between 40-35 years as of the last date of application. However, age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per the government norms.

Step 3: Next, click on the apply link and fill out the application form as directed.

Step 4: Pay the prescribed application fee, if applicable.

Step 5: Upload all the required documents in the prescribed size and format.

Step 6: Once done, submit the application form and take a hard copy for future records.

IIT Hyderabad Recruitment 2023: Application fee

Candidates applying for the offered posts shall have to pay an application fee of Rs 500 at the time of registration. However, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
