Prominent Bollywood actors have recently made headlines for their involvement with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who is the primary accused in a Rs 200 crore scam case. Among them, Jacqueline Fernandez’s relationship with Sukesh has been under the radar since last year. On Saturday, sources revealed that Jacqueline Fernandez had at one point considered marrying the conman.
Apart from Jacqueline, authorities have revealed Sukesh’s connection to other actors like Nora Fatehi, Nikita Tamboli, Chahat Khanna, Sophia Singh and Arusha Patil.
But how did Bollywood’s big names get involved with the conman?
The one person who connects all these actors to the conman is his close associate Pinky Irani. Irani was tasked by the conman and paid in crores to introduce him to actor Jacqueline Fernandez.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had charged Pinky for introducing Jacqueline by giving false information about Sukesh Chandrasekhar. According to sources, Pinky helped Sukesh with meeting the actors inside jail and passed expensive gifts to them on his behalf.
JACQUELINE’S MEETING WITH SUKESH
Jacqueline Fernandez told the ED that Sukesh had introduced himself as the owner of Sun TV and that he belonged to the political family of Jayalalitha. She told the probe agency that he had tried to get in touch with her during December 2020-January 2021 but she did not respond to his calls.
The actor said that she was contacted by someone from the government office and was told to get in touch with Sukesh Chandrashekhar, who posed as one Shekhaar Ratna Vela.
In October 2021, the conman’s lawyer, Anant Malik, told the media that Jacqueline and Sukesh were dating each other. However, Jacqueline categorically denied being in a relationship with the conman.
However, weeks after she denied dating him, intimate pictures of Jacqueline Fernandez with Sukesh surfaced online.
NORA FATEHI ON GIFTS BY SUKESH
Nora Fatehi was recently questioned for six hours by the Delhi Police in connection with the extortion case. While asked about an event that she attended in Chennai in December 2020, she told the officials that the booking for the event was done through her agency, Exceed Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
She told the police that she met Sukesh’s wife Leena Maria Paul at the event, who then gave her a Gucci bag and an iPhone. Leena told Nora that he was a big fan but he couldn’t meet her.
Leena then put her phone on speaker and made the two talk. Nora said, “He thanked me and said they are big fans. She then announced they are going to give me a new BMW car as a token of love and generosity.”
Nora, however, said she didn’t need the BMW as she already had one.

ACTORS MEET SUKESH IN JAIL
An India Today team found out that four small-time actors and modelsNikita Tamboli, Chahat Khanna, Sophia Singh and Arusha Patil met key conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar while he was lodged in Delhi jail. All these four actors had gone to Tihar Jail to meet the conman via his associate Pinky Irani.
Pinky introduced these actors to Sukesh by different names and in exchange for their visits, they received money and gifts from the conman. Out of these four actors, Arusha Patil admitted that she was introduced to Sukesh Chandrasekhar by Pinky Irani but denied meeting him in Tihar Jail.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar introduced himself as Shekhar to most of these actors and told them he is a big personality in the industry.
