Himachal’s daughter Renuka Thakur’s scintillating performance in the Commonwealth Games led the Indian women’s cricket team to an easy victory. Renuka Thakur took four wickets against Barbados while bowling brilliantly. With this, Renuka has come at number one in the list of highest wicket-taker in this competition.

Renuka has so far taken nine wickets in three matches in the competition. In the match played against Barbados, India had given a target of 163 runs.
