Punjab and Haryana High Court will hear today on the anticipatory bail of Shaganpreet, manager of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala. Shaganpreet has sought relief in Mohali’s Vicky Middukheda murder case. On the other hand, the police have opposed it. Police claim that Shaganpreet is the mastermind of Middukheda’s murder. Therefore his petition should be dismissed.
Shaganpreet claims, police added the name later
Shaganpreet is currently in Australia. He claimed in the High Court through petition that earlier his name was not in this murder case. The police later named him. He has nothing to do with this murder. He demanded that he be granted anticipatory bail. On his return from Australia, he should be protected from Lawrence and Goldie Brar gang.
Police said – conspired with Lucky Patial
Mohali Police DSP Sukhnaz Singh said in the report given in HC that Shaganpreet is the mastermind of Middukheda murder case. They claim that it is clear from the primary evidence that Shagan along with Gaurav Patial alias Lucky Patial of Bambiha gang hatched this conspiracy. He said that in order to find out on whose behest Shagan did all the planning, interrogation is necessary by taking him into custody.
Delhi Police has also claimed, Shaganpreet mastermind
Earlier, the shooters of the Middukheda murder case were caught by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. After interrogating him, it was claimed that Shaganpreet was involved in the conspiracy to kill Middukheda. He ordained the shooters. Showed the photo of Middukheda. Made arrangements for their food and drink. Gave them a car.
