The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Punjab has suffered a major setback. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed the FIR registered against Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Bagga and famous poet Kumar Vishwas. On Wednesday, the High Court gave its verdict in this regard.
In the Bagga case, the High Court said that these tweets were not made in Punjab. At the same time, his tweets are not inflammatory. The way political people make rhetoric against each other, it does not spread any hysteria.
Kumar Vishwas himself had informed about the Punjab Police coming to his house by tweeting.
Case was registered against Kumar in Ropar
A case was registered against Kumar Vishwas in Ropar. In which it was alleged that Kumar called Arvind Kejriwal pro-Khalistan. The image of the party got tarnished because of his statement. The person who filed the case said that because of this, when he went to campaign, he was called a supporter of Khalistan. After the registration of the case, the Punjab Police also reached the poet’s house in Ghaziabad. He was asked to join the investigation by sending a notice. Against which Kumar filed a petition in the High Court.

There was a ruckus about Bagga
Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Bagga was booked for tweeting about Kejriwal. After this, the Punjab Police arrested Bagga in Delhi. In protest, Bagga’s family complained of kidnapping in Delhi. Delhi Police also registered a kidnapping case against Punjab Police. After which the Punjab Police, which was bringing Bagga, was stopped by the Haryana Police in Kurukshetra. Then Delhi Police came and took Bagga back to Delhi. In this case, Bagga had filed a petition in the High Court.
After the verdict, Kumar wrote, After the decision of the Jatta HC to handle the turban, Kumar Vishwas said that the baseless FIR has been dismissed by the High Court today. Thanks to the judiciary and those who love me. Kumar Vishwas while addressing Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann wrote that ‘Advice again to dear Anuj to save the self-respect of Punjab from dwarf eyes. In 300 years, Khuddar Punjab has never allowed an insecure dictator of Delhi to play with its power. Punjab has handed over the crown to your turban. Don’t insult the tax money of the people of Punjab and their police. … turban handle jatta.

Bagga said – slap on Kejriwal’s face
After dismissing the High Court’s case, Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga tweeted that the Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the FIR against me and Kumar Vishwas. Bagga has called it a slap on the face of CM Arvind Kejriwal.
After the case was dismissed, Bagga targeted Kejriwal.
