The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Punjab has suffered a major setback. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has quashed the FIR registered against Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Bagga and famous poet Kumar Vishwas. On Wednesday, the High Court gave its verdict in this regard.

In the Bagga case, the High Court said that these tweets were not made in Punjab. At the same time, his tweets are not inflammatory. The way political people make rhetoric against each other, it does not spread any hysteria.

The person who filed the case said that because of this, when he went to campaign, he was called a supporter of Khalistan. After the registration of the case, the Punjab Police also reached the poet’s house in Ghaziabad. He was asked to join the investigation by sending a notice. Against which Kumar filed a petition in the High Court.

Delhi BJP leader Tejinder Bagga was booked for tweeting about Kejriwal. After this, the Punjab Police arrested Bagga in Delhi. In protest, Bagga’s family complained of kidnapping in Delhi.
