HBSE: Haryana Board Extends Application Deadline For Class 10, 12 Exams

The Haryana School Education Board (HBSE) has extended the application deadline for Class 10 and 12 exams 2024 until November 21, 2023. Students can register for HBSE Class 10 and 12 exams as regular candidates through the official website at bseh.org. The initial deadline for applying for Haryana board Class 10 and 12 exams 2024 was November 14. According to the revised schedule, school heads can apply without incurring a late fee until November 21.

For those applying with a late fee of Rs 300, school heads can register for HBSE Class 10 and 12 exams from November 22 to 28, 2023. Students can also register with a late fee of Rs 1000 from November 29 to December 5. It is important to note that only the candidate’s most recent photo in their school uniform should be uploaded during the online application process.

Additionally, heads of non-government schools are required to obtain the last page of the enrollment refusal register, signed by the District Education Officer, and upload it online along with the application forms.

Here is the schedule for HBSE Class 10 and 12 Exams 2023 application:

  • Registration without late fee: Until November 21

  • Extended registration part 1 with late fees: November 22 to November 28

  • Extended registration part 2 with late fees: November 29 to December 5

The Haryana Board of School Education, founded in 1969, is the governing body responsible for annually conducting Public Examinations at the Middle, Matric, and Senior Secondary School levels in the state of Haryana, India, through its affiliated schools.

The Board adopted 10+2 pattern of education and conducted XII class examination under the new scheme with effect from 1987. It started conducting 10+2 Vocational examination in 1990, keeping in view the need and relevance of vocationalization of education in the backdrop of the fast changing economic scenario.

Further, in order to reach out to the unreached, the Board established Haryana Open School in 1994 and thereby started bringing into the fold of education those who could not get formal education or could not continue it due to varied reasons.
