Haryana TET 2023: This Section 144 order is effective from December 2 until the conclusion of the exam on December 3, 2023

The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) is all set to conduct the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2023 over two days. Commencing tomorrow, the exam is scheduled for December 2 and 3. It will take place from 3 pm to 5:30 pm on the first day, and in two sessions on the second day, from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.

Ahead of the exam, the District Magistrate of Gurugram has imposed Section 144. According to the official statement, “This order is issued due to an emergent situation and will be publicized through public relations department vans and postings at key locations.”

The order specifically outlines restrictions and prohibitions in light of potential tensions during the HTET 2023 exams on December 2nd and 3rd. Prohibitions include gatherings of four or more persons with potentially offensive weapons within 500 meters of the strong room and exam centers.

Additionally, coaching centers, photostat shops, and copying device shops within 200 meters are ordered to remain closed during specific time frames on both exam days.

This Section 144 order is effective from December 2 until the conclusion of the exam on December 3, 2023. The statement further reads, “Your cooperation is vital for a smooth exam process. Violations under Section 188 of the IPC will be prosecuted.”

The admit card for the HTET 2023 exam has already been released on November 24. Registered candidates can download their admit cards by entering their application number and date of birth on the official website.

Haryana TET 2023 Admit Card: How to Download

Step 1. Visit the official website at htet2023.in.

Step 2. On the homepage, click on the ‘Login’ option under ‘Download Admit card for HTET- 2023’. Enter your login credentials.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a new webpage. Enter your registration number and date of birth.

Step 4. Your HTET admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5. Download it and take a printout for future reference.

Haryana HTET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

1. Candidates must carry their admit card and a government-approved ID card to the examination hall, as entry will not be permitted without these documents.

2. Applicants should arrive at the exam venue an hour before the commencement of the HTET 2023 exam.

3. Digital items or gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall, and any candidate found in possession of such items will be disqualified.

4. One original photo identity card must be carried for verification purposes.

5. Ornaments like bangles, bracelets, rings, etc., should not be worn.
