Four fire engines, three jumbo tankers, and one breathing apparatus van were swiftly dispatched to the 17-story high-rise building. Fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries thus far. According to locals, the fire originated in a kitchen on the 13th floor of the building. Jacqueline Fernandez’s house is reportedly a 5 BHK lavish residence in the building. “The fire broke out in the residential building situated on Nargis Dutt Road at around 8 PM,” a civic official was quoted as saying by PTI. As per the information given by the caller, the blaze is confined to a room on the 14th floor of the Nawroj Hill Society.
Jacqueline Fernandez purchased this opulent new residence in the upscale neighborhood of Pali Hill in Bandra West, Mumbai in 2023 and a video showing the exterior of her new home went viral on social media back in July last year. The building offers various housing options such as The Suites, The Penthouse, Sky Villa, and Mansion. Interestingly, the neighborhood is also home to several other celebrities, including Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and others. Superstars like Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan also reside just a few minutes away. Power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are also reportedly planning to relocate to the same area, with their luxurious sea-facing quadruplex currently under construction there.
Meanwhile, Jacqueline will soon make her Hollywood debut and will be seen with action star Jean-Claude Van Damme in the film. The actress had recently shared a photo with the actor on her social media handle which had gone viral. She also confirmed that she has shot the film with the action star in Italy.
