On November 25, the web series ‘Khakee’ The Bihar Chapter, made on Bihar, was released on the OTT platform NETFLIX. Which became a hit in just 24 hours. Now the difficulties of Amit Lodha, the hero of this web series, have increased. An FIR has been registered against him in Patna.
Actually, Amit Lodha is a senior IPS officer in Bihar Police. He had written a book named ‘Bihar Diary’, which was published in the year 2017. On this book, NETFLIX and Friday Story Teller together made ‘Khakee’ The Bihar Chapter web series. On Thursday, the Special Vigilance Unit (SVU) clarified that the then Gaya IG Amit Lodha was facing corruption charges.
FIR was lodged after the allegations were found correct
He was also accused of financial irregularities for personal gain. After which the matter was investigated. According to SVU, the review was carried out by the police headquarters and higher authority. Following an order from the Vigilance Department, an FIR has been registered against Amit Lodha on December 7 under sections of Prevention of Corruption and IPC Act.
Regarding the web series, Amit Lodha has been accused of violating the Public Servant Act and not taking permission from the police headquarters and the government, from writing the book to the web series. DSP level officers of SVU will investigate this case.
Lodha is suspected of investing money in a web series.

In fact, the Police Headquarters suspects that Amit Lodha has invested the money spent in making this web series. He himself has invested the money. SVU is claiming that they have done commercial work in association with NETFLIX and Friday Story Tellers while doing a government job as a police officer. On this point, his agency investigated properly. In which solid facts and evidence have been found.

On October 15, the Economic Offenses Unit (EOU) registered FIR No. 33/2022 against suspended IPS in Patna and Gaya’s then SSP Aditya Kumar and his accomplice Abhishek Agarwal, along with 5 named and others. This case was done in the matter of calling the DGP in the name of Chief Justice of Patna High Court.

It is clearly written on page number three of this FIR that Abhishek Agarwal played an important role in getting the FIR registered against Aditya Kumar in Gaya over the liquor case closed. When Aditya Kumar was SSP in Gaya, he was having a dispute with his own IG Amit Lodha regarding a liquor case.
For this reason Aditya Kumar wanted to implicate his senior IPS Amit Lodha. For this reason, he created the whole conspiracy. Now the question arises whether the conspiracy hatched by Aditya Kumar and Abhishek Aggarwal together became successful?
