An FIR has been lodged against a 10-year-old child in Punjab’s Amritsar for promoting gun culture. Being a minor, the Amritsar Rural Police is not giving additional details about the case right now. At the same time, the Amritsar Police has registered a case against the child as well as his father and two others for promoting gun culture.

According to the information received, this case has been done on a 10-year-old child in Katthoonalg police station. The child’s father, Bhupinder Singh, had posted a photo of his son standing with a gun and wearing a belt of bullets on his shoulders on his Facebook profile. This photo came in the eyes of the cyber cell of the police. After investigation, the police traced the child, his father Bhupinder. After this, an FIR has also been lodged against two other Vikramjit and Visarat in the same case.

Police has not yet shared any more information in this matter. Being a minor, the police is not sharing more details about the child. Police say that appropriate action is being taken against the accused. Currently, a case has been registered against him under IPC 188.
