According to the information, the body of a middle-aged man was found on the night of 24 June at Tilga Ghat of Chakradharnagar police station area. On getting the information, the police reached the spot and started investigation by registering a case of murder. Then the body was identified as Santosh Kumar Dubey, age 55, resident of Bihar. Santosh used to drive transporter Mahesh Sharma’s truck here. Transporter Mahesh Sharma had told that his car was working to load iron pellets and send them from one company to another.

Police reached the businessman in interrogation
The police had also questioned other drivers who were known to Santosh Kumar in this case. When the police reached a businessman during interrogation, the clues of the accused were found. The trader told the police about the sale of iron bullets by the three accused. However, the merchant refused him. Later they left from there.

After this, on the basis of suspicion, the police arrested Khurshid Alam (32), Mohd. Nadeem Ansari (25) and Saddam (29) were taken into custody. The three accused were also seen around Tilga Ghat on the same day. During interrogation, the three accused confessed to the crime and told that due to the need of money, a plan was made to rob the truck.
