Doctors clashed with each other during the annual meeting of Indian Medical Association (IMA) Madhya Pradesh in Jabalpur. There was fierce fighting between the two groups. All this happened during the welcome address. The video of the assault came to the fore on Monday.

The post of state president is the root of the real controversy
The IMA’s state president was to be elected in March 2022. In it, Dr. Ajay Upadhyay from Gwalior, Dr. RK Pathak from Jabalpur and two other doctors from Indore had claimed. But Jabalpur, finding one or the other shortcomings, canceled the claim of all and elected Dr. RK Pathak unopposed as the state president. But those whose claims were rejected. He reached Delhi, the National Headquarters of IMA. From where, while canceling the election, instructions were given to conduct the election of the state president afresh.
