Ahead of the conference, the Taliban stated that they were adhering to the Doha Agreement and not allowing anyone to use Afghan soil to terrorize the neighboring and regional country.

Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen said Afghanistan had never worked under pressure tactics. Till now Taliban has not done anything against India’s security. Also, as a help from India, it has been praised for sending 50,000 metric tons of wheat to Afghanistan by land route via Pakistan.
