At the request of the Korean Buddhist Association, the spiritual leader of Tibetans, the Dalai Lama, delivered a discourse on the Mulamadhyamakkarika text by Acharya Nagarjuna on the first day of the two-day teaching at the Chuglakhang Buddhist Monastery in McLeodganj. During this, the Dalai Lama said that he had a good relationship with the Buddhist followers of Korea. Koreans have a deep reverence for Mahatma Buddha. It’s a good thing.

The teachings of Mahatma Buddha believe that this is individual freedom. All religions have different principles, but basically the basic principles are truth, non-violence, kindness, forgiveness, charity, chanting, penance, Yama-Niyama etc. Which has eternal importance. All religions say to be a good person, to work in public interest. One should work in the interest of others.

In general I discuss three parts of Buddhism. Buddhist Science, Buddhist Philosophy and Buddhism. Take the example of Buddha himself. The Buddha was originally an ordinary man, a finite being. He taught us how to go step by step to completely transform our ordinary attitudes and minds and he himself followed that path and eventually became enlightened.

Live telecast in these languages
Such a person is called Buddha. Therefore the Buddhist method is to begin at this level, at the level of ordinary men. Then moving ahead from that level, one should reach the state of attaining Buddhahood. The discourse was also broadcast live in Tibetan, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, German, French, Mongolian, Italian, Portuguese, Nepali and Ladakhi languages.

Tourism got booster dose
The two-day teachings organized by the Dalai Lama on the request of the Korean Buddhist Association is believed to be a booster dose for the tourism sector. Most of the hotels in Mcleodganj have full rooms these days. Although autumn tourism is about to start. Hotels in the area being full even before Christmas and New Year’s Eve are considered good signs for tourism.

Due to this, taxi drivers have also started getting work, but after this the Dalai Lama will go on a week-long visit to Bodh Gaya. The Dalai Lama will give a three-day discourse on Nagarjuna’s Bodhichitta from December 29 to 31 at the Kalachakra Maidan in Bodhgaya. Will give blessings of 21 stars among the devotees on 31st December. On January 1, there will be a long life prayer for his long life and health at Kalachakra Maidan.
