According to the Meteorological Department, it may rain in many cities including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Firozabad, Mathura, Agra in the next few hours. At the same time, many districts of Rajasthan received good rains with hailstorm on Sunday as well. IMD has issued an alert for rain and hailstorm in 19 districts of UP.

Due to unseasonal rains and hailstorm, farmers in 18 states including Rajasthan, MP, UP, Delhi have suffered huge damage to the ready crops of wheat, gram and mustard. According to the initial survey, 25% damage has been done to the crops due to rain in Madhya Pradesh and UP. In some districts this loss was recorded up to 85%.

Hail fell along with rain in many districts of Rajasthan

Many districts of Rajasthan received good rain with hail on Sunday. In Jaipur, Alwar, Banswara, the weather suddenly changed in the afternoon and it rained heavily. Unseasonal rains are causing a lot of damage to the crops of the farmers. Some farmers had cut the crops and kept them in the field, which are getting spoiled in the rain. The rainy season will continue in Madhya Pradesh till March 20.

Unseasonal rains are continuing in Madhya Pradesh. It rained heavily in Sagar, Khandwa and Khargone at around 3 pm on Sunday. Two systems are active in the state since March 14.
