As soon as the video was heard, the police became active and took the youth into custody. Police is on the lookout for the rest of the youths seen in the video. Raids are on for his arrest. An FIR has also been registered in the city police station under the IT Act against the youth who threatened Nityanand Rai.
Police is investigating at every point. The arrested youth has been identified as 28-year-old Madhav Kumar alias Madhav Jha. He is a resident of Goraul in Vaishali district.
In the video, the young man is seen pressing the feet of a lying person.
