Earlier in the rally, CM Charanjit Channi said that with whomever CM face you choose, he will work day and night for the party. Earlier, praising Sidhu, Channi said that he is a very good orator. Channi said that he has been spotless till now. In his political career of 40 years, no one pointed a finger at him. Had I been wrong, Captain Amarinder Singh would have killed me. Charanjit Channi took a dig at drinking liquor and said that Captain Amarinder Singh’s shop used to close at 4 o’clock. Bhagwant Mann’s shop closes at 6 pm. Channi attacked Bhagwant Mann a lot for drinking alcohol. Channi said that against Bhagwant Mann, an MP also complained in Parliament that he smells of alcohol.

Sidhu said that he stayed in BJP for 13 years, but only campaign was done from him. Congress made him the President of Punjab Congress in just 4 years. Sidhu also cursed Captain Amarinder Singh a lot. Sidhu praised Rahul Gandhi for making Charanjit Channi the Dalit CM in Punjab.
